This is my favourite 30 minute treadmill HIIT workout. It leaves me dripping in sweat when I am done. There is nothing better then a good HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. I usually do this one twice a week along with a Fitness Blender strength training workout. If I am short on time in the morning sometimes I cut this workout to 20 minutes. That is the beauty of this workout, it’s flexible. You can also ramp the 30 second intervals up to 9 if you are really feeling adventurous!
